NAS may vary these terms and conditions from time to time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the publication date of the revised terms and conditions on this website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are up to date with current version.

Unless agreed to in writing by both parties, your own terms and conditions will not be accepted.

PRICING

The sale price is the price at the exact moment the order is placed on the website. All items are exclusive of postage and handling costs. These are added at the check out, please refer to ‘Shipping and Returns Policy’ for more information.

If there is any typesetting, printing or programming error on the website, NAS is not bound by the terms of its offer.

ORDERS

NAS acts with the upmost care when processing orders. We reserve the right to refuse an order at any time. This may be due to the following examples but not limited to; the product being unavailable, payment authorization not received, product information error, i.e. incorrect pricing. If there are any issues whilst processing your order NAS will contact You.

All orders shall be delivered to the address provided by You at the checkout. Any extra costs related to import/customs tax are your responsibility. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for You.

The delivery times stated in the ‘Shipping & Returns Policy’ are an approximate time frame only. Accepted orders will be dispatched as set out in the ‘Shipping and Returns Policy’.
